I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of my husband and I on the recent installation of the Four Seasons/Ambiance Additions sun/patio room at our home. We are more than delighted with the sunroom. We particularly enjoy the extra space that the room affords us and there is a feeling of being more outdoors too. It is most attractive and we particularly love the glass. I hope we get many years of pleasure from it.

For the record I would just say that from the start to the completion of the installation you were professional, courteous and most helpful on the various details involved in such a project. From the initial interview, at which point I only wanted details, you never were pressing or overbearing. You let me make the decision whether or not to proceed with the project. That I really appreciated. Once the project was underway, everything you promised did happen on time and efficiently. You coordinated the whole project with virtually no problems. I believe you to be a very ethical and excellent engineer. The actual installation personnel were also excellent; in particular David. He was most professional, industrious and mannerly. It is very gratifying to work with people of your caliber and professionalism. If it is appropriate, I would appreciate it if you could pass along a copy of this letter to Four Seasons since I would like them to know what a wonderful job you do in representing their product. I would also like a copy of this letter to go to David so that he knows I was most appreciative of all his efforts. It is certainly nice to know that there are still people in this world who take pride in their work and see that a job is well done and completed to its end in an efficient and timely manner.

Once again, many grateful thanks from Mr. Flink and myself and when I finally take some photographs of the installation I will, of course, send you copies for your records. Also, if any of your prospective clients would like to actually look at our sunroom I would be more than happy to show it to them. Just contact me.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your effort in having the patio enclosure completed in time for our party
Saturday afternoon. There were some anxious moments the prior two to three weeks, but with the completion, we had a very nice party. Because of the number of people and the coolness of the weather in the evening, the enclosed patio was a welcome additional room.

Enclosed is check #175 in the amount of $1,500.00 as final payment, in accordance with the signed contract.

Dear Sirs:

This letter is to inform you of our complete joy and satisfaction with our new Patio Room. I had felt for some time that our home needed a "Wow" room since it is an older home and competes with newer homes built with more luxury and space. After seeing your advertisement in an airlines' magazine on the way home from a vacation in England, Ireland, and Scotland, I felt that perhaps your company might hold the answer.

I convinced my husband that we should go down to your display office in Fullerton just to "take a look". He agreed and we were greeted by a lovely and knowledgeable beautiful young lady who showed us your displays and the demonstration regarding your special glass and heat transfer. We made an appointment with one of your salesmen, who turned out to be David Brenner. He was a very charming and fun person to deal with, and he even took us to view three different installations of patio rooms to help us make our decision. That turned out to be a very important factor, since we decided to increase the size of the room to measure 14' x 22' and also helped us decide where to put the french doors we saw on our tour.

The installation went in like clockwork. All of your personnel were outstanding, from beginning to end. Everything you said would be done was done, right on time, and your staff, sub-contractors, etc. performed beautifully. We have had other improvements done to the house over the years, but I can truthfully say that your installation was the BEST ever.

Since the room went in about a month ago, we have literally lived in this room. We eat here, watch television here, and even sleep here. The dogs really love the cool, tile floor we put in and the room is a breeze to clean up. I have made up my mind that I will live way past I00 years so I can get my fill of using this wonderful room. My husband feels the same way. So, I can truthfully say that in getting my “WOW" ROOM, I have also extended my lifespan considerably.

I am sending our last payment for the building of our enclosed patio shade room. My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and specially Bruce Pfluger, Construction Manager, Todd, Jim and Eric for doing such a good job in building our enclosed patio shade room in a timely manner.
